Vital Stats Name ;Bobby Adams What got you started in R/C racing? Being a dirtbike rider my whole life, and always into off-road everything, I built a track in my backyard in Rendando Beach 11 years ago, but never raced until about 2004. Meeting team Jammin's Dean the Chickenman and getting some seriously needed lessons, I use to drive like a madman. Getting that under control, I've been hitting up just about every race/series in So. Cal. when I'm in town, including going to the Silverstate in Vegas and meeting up with Jay, Chad, and Dean at the Farm 2 in North Carolina when I was on tour for a killer practive session, Dloc and I had our buggys and truggys on tour with us. Now Dloc, Pak, and Richter from my group all drive Jammin X1CRT's.
What is your favorite r/c track? Thunder Alley/Revalation Raceway What are your career goals ? Make millions/Retire early Favorite food? My home cook'in/Put it down on the grill What is the best memory in your r/c racing career? Winning the West Coast Shootout with my Jammin X1CRT at Thunder Alley!! Favorite movie of all time? Taladega Nights Taladega Nights What intrigues you most about R/C Gas Car Racing? The fact that I get my dirtbile fix, racing R/C cars, I can't get hurt in my line of work and am asked not to ride my Yamaha before we go on tour, well, we have been touring for 11 years, and am always going on one tour or another, so I race R/C. A weekend of racing nitro R/C is unbelievable and what I prefer right now, I'm totally hooked...and the cars have got leaps and bounds better in the last couple of years which means less wrenching and more driving/fun.. Favorite type of music? Hip Hop, Punk Rock, Kottonmouth Kings-Kingspade-Big B Who do you admire most in the r/c industry and why? Jammin Jay for designing two of the best offroad cars on the market. The 1000's of hours he spends testing and redesigning to make the cars better and better and better...I just wish Jay would race more often. Being the first offroad world champion that guy can drive like no other..but he takes great care of not only all the racers on Team Jammin, but will help anybody at the races he attends. He is at most of the big ones! Favorite Full Size Car? Lambo/Phantom What are your R/C Racing goals? A-Mains and top 3 finishes/Maybe open a track some day What are your goals outside of the r/c industry? Sell millions of records and race the Baja 1000 Who is your idol? Mixmaster Mike Beastie Boys DJ & 3 time world champion If you had all the money in the world, what would your hobby be? Nitro offroad/combat wings If you could change one thing in r/c racing, what would it be and why? More juge jumps and long rhythm sections. The amount of tracks - we need way more, and the hacking that goes on. I'm a magnet for the hackers, but that's ok, I'm getting faster so i went from last to 2nd to bump up after being worked in the second turn at the sidewinder explosion with my Jammin X1CR.
