What got you started in R/C racing? Saw a Traxxas Revo at the AZ State Fair two years ago and had to have it when they told me it burnt nitro and was loud. I told my wife that it was exactly what my 2 yr old son needed :-). After one week of driving it on street I searched out a track and was racing.

What is your favorite r/c track? It was a toss up between KZ and The Dirt, BUT now it is ours...The Nitro Pit in Arizona~!
What are your career goals ? Live life like there is no tomorrow, but make sure I can afford it if there is one.

Favorite food? Steak - Nothing beats a 2" thick Filet Mignon...I'm from Iowa what else is there?

What is the best memory in your r/c racing career? The most memorable experiences for me are the great times and comradery had in the pits. ...That for now...until I get a National Title :-)

Favorite movie of all time? Rudy but the quotes from Fletch make it an honorable mention.

What intrigues you most about R/C Gas Car Racing? The competitive nature in a friendly fun environment.

Favorite type of music? Old school rock and Alternative

Who do you admire most in the r/c industry and why? All of those who help others...especially the supportive fathers~! When I started racing last year, I was impressed that when I, as a stranger, approached icons of the industry like Jammin Jay, Adam Drake and Chad Bradley they were so willing to help...it was cool to know that some of the top people weren't "too gooders".

Favorite Full Size Car?Another Toss up...A Gremlin or a Bugatti Veyron (16 cyl, Quad turbo, 1001 hp, $250+mph, 0-60 in 2.7s, 0-150 in 11s, Station Wagon...j/k)

What are your R/C Racing goals? Become the best racer possible while supporting the growth of the industry in everyway that I can.

What are your goals outside of the r/c industry? Continue to strive to be the greatest husband, father, and friend.

Who is your idol? My Parents.

If you had all the money in the world, what would your hobby be? Of course R/C racing~! It is the most aggressive and technical racing there is without the risk of bodily harm...unless of course you are marshalling anywhere near my car coming off a big jump...then the potential may exist :-)

If you could change one thing in r/c racing, what would it be and why? Make it more mainstream~! Stimulate the growth and presence of the industry in the publics eye by creating affiliations with the media ....that should dictate an even higher level of professionalism and result in increased exposure to the people that mean the most to this industry...the grass roots newbie's. Heck...if Curling is an Olympic sport (sliding old fashion coffee pot things down a 4 foot wide lane of ice and having teammates sweeping it with brooms to steer)...of course R/C racing can be elevated to a higher level~!

How much do you charge for your autograph? Haha...yeah right ...maybe if you marshal for the weekend I'll autograph the check that I will write to you :-)
