Vital Stats Name; Tanner Stees What got you started in R/C racing? My Dad had a TMaxx when I was 4. That got me interested because it looked like fun. I got an electric M/T for Christmas that year. What is your favorite r/c track? I like the Proline Track in Banning and the Yuma Tarck in Arizona. They both are fun. What are your career goals ? I just want to continue having fun racing with my friends right now. Favorite food? Dreyer's Fudge Tracks Ice Cream What is the best memory in your r/c racing career? I won $100 in a cash race this summer with my Jammin 1/8 buggy. I lapped almost everyone. Favorite movie of all time? I don't have a most favorite movie right now. What intrigues you most about R/C Gas Car Racing? It's cool being around all the big name racers. I like the sound of the engines and the speed too. Favorite type of music? I like what my dad listens to, Rock music. Who do you admire most in the r/c industry and why? I don't know there are alot. Probably Ryan Maifield. He has taught me alot about racing and reading the tracks to find the fastest lines. Favorite Full Size Car? New Ford P/U What are your R/C Racing goals? To get better and smoother. I'd like to win a few big races in a couple years. What are your goals outside of the r/c industry? To get good grades in school so I can keep racing. Who is your idol? My Dad, He keeps all my cars running so I can race. If you had all the money in the world, what would your hobby be? Motocross If you could change one thing in r/c racing, what would it be and why? I'd like R/C racing to be on TV. More kids would see it and get interested. How much do you charge for your autograph? No money.
